Overview Our client is a growing B2B technology company developing AI-driven solutions that help enterprise businesses to automate workflow; with clients across shopping mall, public sector, real estate, finance and NASDAQ companies. While they operate in a startup environment with a strong focus on innovation, product quality, and practical AI application. They are looking for a customer-centric, analytical Product Marketing Manager with strong content creation skills from setting strategy direction right through to execution. \n What you will do: Identify the ideal customer profile (ICP) and deeply understand user pain points through conversations with current and prospective customers. Craft messaging that resonates with target audiences and reflects real business needs. Develop and maintain sales assets such as product decks, case studies, one-pagers, and marketing collateral. Produce content that supports both outbound and nurture-focused campaigns. Build strategic account lists to support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and business development outreach. Plan and execute outreach campaigns across channels like LinkedIn, email, and other prospecting platforms. Track performance data and optimise campaigns based on key metrics and campaign conversion rates. Represent the product in virtual or in-person events, delivering engaging presentations and product pitches when required. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing especially within the AI and automation space. What you will need: With experience in Software Sales, Business Development, Growth Marketing, or similar roles - ideally within B2B SaaS or technical software environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives. Strong presentation and storytelling ability for webinars and physical events. Solid analytical skills with experience using data tools for performance tracking. \n
