As a Product Marketing Manager at Caseware, you will play a vital role in enabling product success across global markets. You’ll act as the voice of the customer, own end-to-end go-to-market execution and support lifecycle marketing for Caseware’s multiple product lines. Your work will influence everything from product messaging to campaign support and sales enablement.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role ideal for an execution-driven marketer with deep curiosity, strong communication skills and a passion for solving problems at scale.

Location:
This position is available to all applicants residing and eligible to work in Canada. Flexibility to work hybrid (if residing in Toronto) or remote if outside of GTA.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product, Commercial and Regional Marketing to localize GTM strategies
  • Define and evolve product messaging, buyer personas and value propositions
  • Create campaign collateral: one-pagers, pitch decks, web copy, launch CTAs
  • Support critical global product or feature launches annually
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consulting to build Mindtickle-based assets
  • Contribute to customer storytelling efforts: case studies, testimonials, PR opportunities
  • Build awareness by partnering with Content and Creative on whitepapers, blog and social topics
  • Gather feedback from sales, customers and the market to inform messaging and roadmap
  • Help evolve and maintain buyer journey documentation and regional segmentation inputs
  • Measure campaign impact and influence pipeline with data-driven insights
