REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in infrastructure, developer platforms, or Web3
  • Proven experience owning go-to-market strategy and execution for multiple successful product or feature launches
  • Strong messaging and positioning skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, content, and broader marketing teams
  • Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions
  • Proven ability to develop campaign strategies that align product objectives with audience needs throughout the user journey
  • Excellent project management and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Analytical and insights-driven, with a track record of using research and data to shape marketing strategy

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working with or marketing to traditional financial institutions or capital markets
  • Familiarity with the blockchain ecosystem, including key players, protocols, and technical trends
  • Technical background or strong comfort working with technical products and developer tools
  • Experience in a globally distributed, remote-first organization

Responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Manager at Chainlink Labs, you’ll be at the forefront of bringing world-class Web3 infrastructure to market. You’ll lead the launch of new features and services, crafting compelling narratives and go-to-market strategies that span decentralized finance (DeFi), capital markets, and beyond. From defining positioning and messaging to coordinating cross-functional execution, you’ll ensure each launch is strategically sound and flawlessly delivered.
This role sits at the intersection of technical innovation and market adoption. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, content, and ecosystem teams to articulate the value of our offerings to both crypto-native developers and enterprise stakeholders. Your work will help bridge the worlds of DeFi and traditional finance—translating complex technology into impactful business outcomes while keeping Chainlink’s messaging sharp, relevant, and ahead of the curve
