The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and own product-specific marketing strategies, customer positioning, and commercialization plans. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure product-market fit and support sales enablement through effective product messaging. This position reports to the Marketing Director – Equipment Services and is part of the Hardware Solutions marketing team located in the UK or India and will be an on-site role. What you will do: Develop and own product-specific marketing strategies, product positioning, targeting, and commercialization plans. Set the goals, objectives, and positioning for marketing campaigns based on market orientation and support the development of persona-driven content to drive message consistency. Understand customer needs by supporting market analysis activities to monitor market trends, needs, segmentation, and competitors. Partner with product management to define and influence product roadmaps and ensure product-market fit. Track product adoption, market share, and messaging impact. Who you are: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. At least 5 years' experience in product marketing Preferably with experience working in the life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology industries. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions. Experience with eCommerce, digital and full funnel marketing strategies. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel to events, meetings and customer sites approx. 25% travel including overnight.
