Description

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Restaurant Product team!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and align cross-functional teams for a successful launch.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts during the launch process (e.g., delayed product delivery timeliness, commercial calendar constraints)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, both internal and external.
  • Commercial acumen and awareness of partner needs to ensure plans are going to land successfully with commercial teams and partners
  • Highly analytical and data driven, with an ability to use insights to refine launch plans and measure success
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with an ability to synthesize technical topics to a business audience, including to senior stakeholders

Responsibilities
  • Launch Planning: Developing detailed launch plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborating with product management, commercial teams, go-to-market, customer / partner care, product delivery, and other teams to ensure a successful product launch
  • Execution Oversight: Managing oversight of the execution of launch activities, including launch/marketing campaigns, internal communications, hardware installs etc.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth product launch.
  • Post-Launch Analysis: Evaluating the success of the launch and gathering feedback for future improvements.
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge base: Ensure that both internal and external product information is up to date and relevant to users.
  • Development of launch / go-to-market best practice: Continuously look at how to improve our processes to land our product successfully and increase return on investment.
