POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and strategic SaaS Product Marketing Manager with Manufacturing domain expertise to lead product marketing for our core platform EASE Audits & Inspections, Action Plans, and On-the-job Training. This role will collaborate closely with multiple teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies, product messaging, competitive positioning, and customer engagement.
As part of the Marketing organization, reporting to the Sr. Director of Industry Strategy & Solutions, this role offers excellent opportunities for career advancement within our growing team.
This position requires up to 20% travel for quarterly team meetings, customer visits, and industry trade shows.
Position Location: Remote
Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000 annual salary

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our platform, product roadmap, current and future ICP, competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for EASE Audits & Inspections, EASE Action Plans, and EASE On-the-Job Training.
  • Lead product release communications and facilitate customer office hours.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success to deliver distinct and differentiating product messaging.
  • Lead market and competitive analysis to shape product features, pricing, and positioning.
  • Own and manage the creation of product marketing content such as sales collateral, product documentation, case studies, video demos, etc.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to develop effective sales enablement tools and training to communicate the value proposition of our platform.
  • Contribute to the development of campaign strategies and themes and guide marketing programs to drive demand.
  • Understand and document our buyer’s journey, including where they get information, and the who, what, when, and why behind the decisions they make.
  • Closely collaborate with product management on PLG strategy and execution.
  • Travel up to 20%.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing.
  • Manufacturing industry experience.
  • Proven experience in crafting compelling positioning and marketing content.
  • Experience with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales tactics.
  • Solid understanding of market analysis and competitive positioning.
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital marketing, social media, and market research.
