Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our product, marketing, sales, and services teams to bring new products to market and ensure their success in the UK and US markets. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, customer insight, and cross-functional collaboration to create impactful product messaging and streamline internal processes.

KEY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop compelling product messaging and value propositions tailored to core audiences in the UK and US.
· Partner with the product team to understand new products, features, and updates and translate them into clear, customer-focused benefits.
· Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates and own execution of the go-to-market plan.
· Collaborate with the broader marketing team to plan and implement integrated product-driven campaigns.
· Equip sales and services teams with the insights, tools, and materials needed to effectively sell products.
· Develop product collateral, such as brochures, presentations, FAQs, and training resources.
· Work closely with the marketing manager to gather and analyze customer feedback and serve as the voice of the customer within the product team, ensuring feedback is integrated into product development.
· Act as a bridge between product, marketing, sales, and services teams to create alignment and streamline processes.
· Monitor and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
· Perform regular competitive and industry analysis and present findings to Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Product.
