Responsibilities

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

Filtered (the company) and Content Intelligence (the product) is evolving rapidly to meet the needs for AI enabled future of learning for enterprise customers globally.
We are hiring for a remote fractional PMM, who is able to think, plan, do and iterate at AI model speed. Reporting onto the CEO, you will be responsible for all aspects of product marketing .

WHAT YOU WILL DO

ICP Definition & Customer Research

  • Review and refine the “ideal” and “worst fit” customer profiles
  • Act as the voice of the customer; generate customer and market insights to inform Product’s roadmap in order to refine Filtered’s core products
  • Work with our newly formed Customer Advisory Board

Positioning & Messaging

  • Build foundational differentiated messaging, value proposition and product positioning to set new and existing products apart from the competition
  • Operationalise new messaging and positioning frameworks across customer-facing teams

Sales Enablement

  • Partner with Sales to produce actionable battlecards, 1-pagers, master decks, demo scripts, objection handling guides, and persona-based customer stories
  • Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team to facilitate the selling process
  • Maintain a well-documented Notion-based asset library

Pricing and packaging

  • Review and optimise pricing and packaging in close collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team
