Day in the life: * PRODUCT MARKETING & POSITIONING * Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for FCM’s technology and service solutions * Translate technical features into clear customer benefits * Define competitive differentiation and buyer personas GO-TO-MARKET & PRODUCT LAUNCHES * Lead GTM planning for new products and feature releases * Coordinate launches across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations * Ensure on-time readiness of messaging, content, and enablement materials MARKET, CUSTOMER & COMPETITOR INSIGHTS * Conduct market and competitor analysis * Gather customer insights through research, feedback, and data * Act as the “voice of the customer” across the product lifecycle SALES & INTERNAL ENABLEMENT * Create sales enablement tools such as presentations, battlecards, FAQs, and product guides * Enable Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams with product knowledge * Support pre-sales, renewals, and key client conversations when required STAKEHOLDER & PARTNER COLLABORATION * Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to influence roadmap decisions * Collaborate with global marketing, PR/Comms, and external technology partners * Present product updates and launches to internal stakeholders You'll be perfect for the role if you have EXPERIENCE * 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in technology or SaaS * Experience working in global or matrix organisations * Hands-on experience creating product marketing content * Exposure to product lifecycle management and GTM launches * Experience working closely with Product and Sales teams * Travel or B2B services industry experience is a plus (not mandatory) SKILLS & COMPETENCIES * Strong communication and storytelling skills * Commercial mindset with customer-first thinking * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment * Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills * Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights QUALIFICATIONS * Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (mandatory) .
