Strategic Product Positioning & Market Insight: Partner with Product to shape positioning and messaging that resonates with real-world users Dig into market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intel to uncover opportunities Help define buyer personas and map the journey from awareness to adoption Translate technical features into clear, compelling value for our audience Build feedback loops with customers to inform product and messaging decisions Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to surface insights from the field Contribute to thought leadership and industry conversations-especially in construction tech Ensure our messaging reflects the real-world challenges and wins of our users Own the go-to-market strategy for new products and major updates Lead cross-functional launch planning with Sales, Product, and Marketing Create sales tools, launch content, and campaigns that drive adoption and revenue Track performance and iterate based on what's working (and what's not) Bachelor's Degree 4+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or construction technology Experience leading product launches and working closely with Product teams Strong writing and storytelling skills, you know how to make complex ideas simple Pragmatic marketing experience/certification a plus Curious, collaborative, and always looking for ways to improve Up to 10% travel
