The Role We are looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Manager in Pakistan, with a strong background in digital-fits companies (e.g., Saraz, Careem, Foodpanda, fintechs or super-apps). The ideal candidate has launched, positioned, and scaled consumer-facing digital products in competitive markets and knows how to connect the dots between product, marketing and consumer needs. This is also a client facing role, hence you will be working with Global clients to launch and scale new products. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will bridge product development and market adoption. You’ll own go-to-market strategy, product positioning, messaging, by layering strong consumer insights. You will work closely with product managers, sales team, brand, growth, creative and ensure you make the product stand out in the market, to achieve strong adoption and retention. What You’ll Do Part of a regional team, you will lead Product marketing for key non-telco global products Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and feature rollouts Define compelling product positioning, value propositions and messaging tailored to different customer segments Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product managers to bring campaigns to life Be a thought partner for global clients, where these non-telco products are launching and ensure the GTM is successful Develop and manage PMM briefs, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to craft compelling product value propositions What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 4-6 years of experience in product or growth marketing in a digital-first environment (e-commerce, ride-hailing, food delivery, fintech, super-apps) Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products (either B2C or B2B2C) Strong understanding of user journey, growth funnels, and digital marketing channels Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, growth, and data teams A strategic thinker with a creative edge to tell stories in an effective way Excellent project management and organizational skills Advanced proficiency in tools like Google slides, Google sheets and slack Comfortable to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Great to Have Worked in Global markets Knowledge of AI tools and leveraging them for everyday work Proven ability to use A/B testing, experimentation, and funnel optimization to drive growth Why Join Us? Responsibilities
This role involves leading Product Marketing for key non-telco global products, developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies for new launches, and defining compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to different customer segments. The manager will also act as a thought partner for global clients launching these products and manage PMM briefs.
