Description

This is a fantastic role to build and deliver a new product strategy and end to end customer experience. Bringing a fresh approach and new thinking to attract new customer segments, extend and enhance the product range and increase margins.
The role needs an experienced Product Manager, who can bring commercially led, customer focused thinking, able to innovate on product development and enhance the overall customer proposition.
You and your team will be the experts on advocating for our customers and you will be responsible for ensuring we have the right products for the right customers.
Working side by side with stakeholders across the business incl. Technology, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and senior stakeholders.
You will lead a team of Product Owners and help shape the talent for your area of responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the products in your remit.
  • As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership of the land product teams and will oversee the business delivery and drive team autonomy and foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • You will be responsible for identification and recruitment of new talent into your team, coaching and mentoring existing and new team members and active career development.
  • Report on KPIs to stakeholders with recommendations and enhancements.
  • Work closely with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure first in market.
  • Communicate the Product Strategy in a compelling and memorable way to the team, other areas and stakeholders. (Incl. any risk/compliance/security).
  • You will maintain a strong understanding of the bigger picture, think ahead and understand the overall business strategy and you will use these insights to shape people, and delivery for your area.
