THE TEAM

You’ll join the Content team, part of the Marketing department. Our department drives platform growth through omnichannel marketing and rapid experimentation, with teams focusing on Content Marketing, SEO, Paid Advertising, PR, Partnerships, Email Marketing & CRM, and Product Marketing. You’ll report directly to the Head of Content.

Responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of how we talk about our products and features to our customers. Your mission is to make sure people understand and use what we offer. By creating smart product marketing plans for HousingAnywhere, you’ll help more people discover our platform and its features, playing a big part in our company’s success.

  • Positioning and messaging: Leverage our product positioning and develop messaging frameworks to promote new releases and initiatives in ways that resonate with our audiences. You do this by defining unique value propositions, targeted messaging, and using an optimised channel mix.
  • Product marketing asset ownership: Direct the development and optimisation of product-centred marketing assets and communications, collaborating closely with content and design teams to ensure compelling and consistent messaging across diverse channels.
  • Performance tracking and optimisation: Track and report on KPIs for product awareness, adoption, and opportunities generated by product marketing. Analyse data to find optimisation opportunities and use the results to validate the success of your product marketing strategies.
  • Go-to-market (GTM): You translate the ‘why’ and ‘what’ we are building into ‘how’ we will ensure market-fit and adoption by using your expertise to inform our marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, UX, and Marketing to determine how to promote new initiatives and releases. You’ll also drive the exploration and piloting of new marketing channels to expand reach and adoption for product initiatives.
  • Market insights: Research from a go-to-market perspective, analysing mid-term rental market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviour and pain points to understand who to target and how to position and communicate a product’s value.
