What you’ll be doing: Leading global product marketing for Index and ETF capabilities across multiple client segments Developing differentiated messaging and positioning for a broad range of investment strategies Creating and maintaining high-quality marketing and sales enablement materials Collaborating with channel marketing teams to integrate product content into broader campaigns Supporting new fund launches and ongoing strategy promotion with compelling content Managing stakeholder relationships across investment, distribution, product and compliance teams Ensuring marketing materials meet regulatory standards and reflect best practice Benchmarking competitor activity and campaign performance to inform future initiatives Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Proven experience in product marketing within asset management, ideally with Index and/or ETF exposure Strong communication skills and the ability to craft engaging, technical content Commercially minded with a track record of supporting fund launches and driving growth Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with senior stakeholders Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and advertising standards in financial services A collaborative team player with excellent project management capabilities Intellectual curiosity and creativity in developing marketing strategies and materials Degree-level education and/or industry accreditation (e.g. IMC, CFA) preferred Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
