We’re looking for an experienced and creative Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join the JetBrains AI Marketing team. In this high-impact role, you’ll help promote and bring new AI products to market for our core audience – developers. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who knows how to execute comprehensive marketing strategies, can handle the full digital marketing mix, and thrives in a creative environment with room to experiment.
You’ll be part of a small, agile team responsible for shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for JetBrains’ growing portfolio of AI-powered tools. If you’re excited by the challenge of launching innovative AI products and building awareness in a fast-evolving space, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing initiatives for JetBrains AI products, from go-to-market planning to feature and launch campaigns.
  • Help bring new AI tools to market, focusing on developer needs and use cases.
  • Shape and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, using the full digital marketing mix (content, campaigns, web, social, email, paid, etc.).
  • Align closely with product and engineering teams to ensure marketing supports roadmap priorities and product goals.
  • Own market positioning and messaging for JetBrains AI offerings, ensuring clarity and consistency across all channels.
  • Use data to measure, analyze, and optimize performance, refining campaigns based on results.
  • Build meaningful connections with the developer community and industry influencers to drive engagement and advocacy.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources for maximum strategic impact.
  • Improve onboarding and engagement flows to drive adoption and boost user activation and retention.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proven experience in product or digital marketing (8+ years), ideally in tech, developer tools, or AI products.
  • The ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling messages.
  • An understanding of the developer ecosystem and trends in AI tooling.
  • A strategic thinker with a bias for action – someone who can own both planning and execution.
  • A strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn insights into marketing outcomes.
  • Someone who is creative, resourceful, and passionate about building great user experiences.
  • An organized and hands-on self-starter, with a track record of delivering impactful campaigns on time and within budget.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in brand marketing and GTM strategies.
  • Marketing experience with AI tools, ML platforms, or developer-focused products.
  • Familiarity with the JetBrains product suite or similar environments.
