WHY WE’RE HIRING:

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to handle all communications between our products and end-users. This role will be pivotal in transitioning to a product-led sales approach, bridging the gap between marketing, customer experience (CX), and product teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• On-site in Riyadh
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Background in Tech / Digital businesses
• Extensive experience in Marketing
• Experience with SaaS tools (analytics & monitoring tools)

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a SaaS business, preferably in marketing or product marketing.
• Experience in industries such as Ecommerce (B2C), Food Delivery, FinTech, or any B2C Tech business.

• In-App Communication: Develop criteria and guidelines for all communication within Lucidya applications.
• Feature Adoption: Maintain and monitor the adoption of new features using tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Heap.
• Marketing New Features: Create and execute marketing strategies for new feature announcements and releases.
• Product Learnability: Ensure users have adequate knowledge of new features through detailed documentation and communication.
