Reporting directly to the Head of Product Marketing (who reports to the VP of Product), you will play a key role in Agicap’s journey to exceed €100M in ARR over the coming years.

You will oversee a multi-country scope (France, DACH, Italy, UK, Spain).

  • Positioning & Messaging :
  • Define clear and differentiated product positioning.
  • Ensure message consistency across all channels (marketing, sales, etc.).
  • Go-to-Market Strategy :
  • Design, structure, and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Work closely with local teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Performance Tracking :
  • Set equipment and activation goals for key products.
  • Monitor performance and recommend corrective actions in case of deviations.
Responsibilities


    • Sales & CS Enablement: Equip the teams with relevant materials (pitch decks, battle cards, etc.).

    • Lead Optimization: Work with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize lead acquisition and conversion, suggesting impactful content marketing initiatives.
    • Pricing Strategy: Contribute to defining relevant pricing models based on market insights and business goals.
