Epson America Inc. is seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager in the Epson Microdevices group to provide creative leadership in marketing Timing Devices (Crystals and Oscillators) to Epson’s wide array of Automotive OEMs, Tier1s and semiconductor customers, specifically in the area of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) (LiDAR, camera, radar, networking, connectivity, etc.) and Electric Vehicles (EVs). ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Understand the major automotive players, market and automotive quality standards
• Strong technical fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Knowledge in analog circuit design, jitter and frequency is a plus.
• Strong engineering, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of account management and basic marketing concepts
• Experience working with electronics distributors and manufacturers’ representatives is preferred.
• Strong communications skills – written, oral, presentation, and listening
• Strong initiative, self-starter, curiosity, can-do attitude is a must.
• Strong customer management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including working in a multi-cultural and geographically distributed team environment
• Regular travel to customers – up to 25%, US and international
• BSEE OR equivalent degree AND 5+ years of equivalent and relevant working experience

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $146,749 and $211,871. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
