Job Summary: We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to turn product innovation into market impact. You’ll lead go-to-market strategies, build lifecycle campaigns, and drive adoption for merchant solutions — partnering across product, creative, and business teams to deliver meaningful growth outcomes. Role: Lead end-to-end GTM planning and execution for key merchant platform initiatives, and scope new initiatives as merchant priorities evolve. Build structured GTM toolkits and regional asset plans in coordination with in-country teams. Brief and align social media and creative teams to drive KOL content and paid media campaign execution. Manage and productise automated lifecycle campaigns to engage merchants via app push, email, website, blog and social channels across varying merchant segments. Design personalised in-app nudge strategies and off-app journeys via CRM tools, targeting key merchant tiers and lifecycle stages. Integrate new product features into merchant lifecycle communications as they launch. Drive GTM for AI-powered merchant tools, including paid media campaigns in coordination with creative and agency partners. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations and Creative teams to align on strategy and execution. Coordinate with regional in-country teams on localisation, rollout execution and performance reporting. Track and report on key merchant metrics across workstreams. You: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally with exposure to B2B marketing for business-facing tech products. Proven track record in planning and executing GTM campaigns end-to-end. Comfortable working with CRM and lifecycle marketing tools to design multi-channel campaigns. Strong stakeholder management skills, confident in aligning senior partners and teams across a matrixed organisation. Structured, organised and comfortable owning multiple concurrent projects. Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
