Description
Navan is seeking an experienced and analytical Product Marketing Manager to accelerate our PLG strategy. This is a strategic and hands-on role, focused on optimizing the complete user lifecycle for our self-serve channel. You will be responsible for defining the core narrative and positioning of our product for SMBs, translating insights into powerful, measurable lifecycle campaigns, and guiding successful GTM launches for new features. The ideal candidate blends strategic storytelling with deep data analysis, leveraging AI tools for smarter segmentation and personalization to drive adoption and achieve ambitious growth targets in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll do: Own the entire marketing funnel of self-serve users end-to-end, from initial sign up to onboarding and growth. Build and refine the narrative, translating our value proposition into compelling, consistent messaging that resonates with key personas across all channels (including emails, in-app messages, and push notifications). Lead the GTM strategy for new product features and launches, driving awareness and adoption. Plan and implement innovative, out-of-the-box campaigns that drive engagement across the user journey. Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to uncover friction areas, trends, and behaviors, and turn them into new growth opportunities. Utilize AI tools to build smarter segments and personalized messages that improve user engagement and adoption. Develop new content that clearly communicates value and keeps Navan top-of-mind for users. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure product flows and messaging consistently resonate with customers. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing and/or Lifecycle Management, preferably within a PLG environment or the travel tech industry. Strategic, data-driven leader with a proven ability to translate complex data insights into actionable marketing strategies and thrive in a fast pace environment. Impressive storyteller with strong verbal and written communication skills, able to influence cross-functional teams and articulate compelling value for users. Proven track record in messaging, positioning, GTM, lifecycle strategies and achieving measurable business results.
