As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager in Oslo to help us position our products effectively and drive adoption among our target audiences.
Role Overview: As a Product Marketing Manager at Neat, you will be the bridge between our product, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring that our messaging resonates with customers and drives market success. Together with the product marketing team, you will drive the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and sales enablement efforts, helping to translate features and product launches into clear, compelling value propositions.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment across product, sales,operations and marketing teams.
Craft compelling messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the value of Neat’s solutions to target customers.
Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to refine product communication and strategy.
Collaborate with product management to translate technical features into user benefits, ensuring a strong product-market fit.
Create engaging sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, videos, and thought leadership content.
Work closely with marketing, and content teams to develop product campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
Support partner and channel marketing efforts to maximize product reach and adoption.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize product messaging and positioning.
