Description
Description We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of product launches, ensuring cross-functional initiatives are organized, aligned, and delivered on time. You will be responsible for leading the overall go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and platform initiatives, ensuring successful market introduction and adoption. You will also manage go-to-market planning across departments, define clear scope and timelines, track dependencies, and hold stakeholders accountable — even when you don’t have direct authority. You’ll build structured, repeatable workflows that improve visibility and execution across teams. This role will also own the end-to-end positioning of the OP platform, ensuring a clear and consistent narrative across our full portfolio of products and services. You will define how the platform is differentiated in the market and clearly communicate both how it works and why it matters. This includes connecting the value of individual products into one unified platform story while preserving the distinct strengths of each component. You will also lead the continued growth of OP’s thought leadership efforts, strengthening our presence across key industry channels and audiences. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, proactively managing risk, protecting scope, and keeping initiatives moving forward. Essential Functions / Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities: Cross Functional Product Launch Leadership Lead product launches and major initiatives from initial planning through post-launch review, ensuring clear direction, accountability, and on-time delivery. Working with internal teams, you’ll establish scope, objectives, success metrics, and required deliverables at kickoff so everyone is aligned from the start. Build and maintain detailed GTM frameworks and launch plans that define ownership, timelines, dependencies, approvals, and critical milestones. Run structured project cadences, including working sessions, stakeholder updates, and launch readiness reviews. Ensure all decisions, changes, and action items are documented and communicated clearly across teams. Identify risks early, clarify their impact on scope or timeline, and recommend solutions to keep initiatives on track. Confirm internal readiness across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success teams, and Product before external release. Market Insight + Strategic Support Collaborate across departments to track market trends, competitive positioning, and buyer needs to inform messaging and launch strategy. Gather and synthesize voice-of-customer insights from customers, advisory groups, and internal customer-facing teams. Provide strategic direction for sales enablement materials; collaborate with content and creative teams on execution. Support research efforts, including surveys and feedback initiatives, to validate positioning and identify opportunities. Lead a structured effort to elevate senior leadership as industry voices through webinars, events, blogs, and other digital platforms. Collaborate with subject matter experts and content teams to translate expertise into clear, compelling thought leadership. Support additional initiatives and responsibilities as needed, based on evolving business priorities. Measurement + Performance Accountability Define launch success metrics in partnership with the Revenue team. Collaborate with the Manager of Growth + Revenue Marketing to measure product adoption, usage, and pipeline influence. Report launch outcomes and recommendations to senior leadership. Track partner-driven product pull-through resulting from joint webinars and co-marketing campaigns. Ensure GTM process adherence by monitoring timelines, documenting outcomes, and leading post-launch retrospectives to drive continuous improvement. Requirements Competencies Proven ability to drive execution and accountability without direct authority. Experience building structured, repeatable launch or operational frameworks. Strong proficiency with Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar workflow management tools. Experience creating launch plans that clearly define scope, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and ownership. Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives without losing detail or momentum. Skilled at running structured project cadences (kickoffs, working sessions, stakeholder updates, readiness reviews, retrospectives). Demonstrated ability to identify risks, communicate their impact, and protect scope and timelines when priorities shift. Ability to translate product strategy into clear, differentiated positioning. Clear and confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to define and interpret performance metrics. Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with disciplined execution. Highly organized and process-oriented. Problem-solver who manages timelines, dependencies, and small details without losing sight of the overall goals, priorities, or impact. Collaborative leader who builds trust across departments and drives alignment. Committed to continuous improvement and strong execution. Education / Professional Certifications or Licenses Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field strongly preferred. Experience Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM program management, or cross-functional project leadership. B2B experience in Healthcare IT is strongly preferred.
