ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Onetrace. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in bridging the gap between product development and commercial execution. You’ll translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), ensuring our messaging is not only impactful but consistent across every touchpoint. From defining market positioning to shaping go-to-market strategy, you’ll be the voice that connects our product to the people who need it, helping the entire organisation speak clearly and confidently about what Onetrace does and why it matters.
We embrace growth and change together. As we evolve, roles, responsibilities, and team structures may shift, but we are committed to fostering a culture where everyone, including the founders, contributes to building a better, forward-looking company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Monitor competitors and market trends to inform positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies
  • Work with the Growth team to track and report on campaign and content performance to continuously optimise for engagement, conversion, and retention
  • Prioritise and lead high-impact marketing initiatives that drive growth and align with company objectives
  • Collaborate with product and commercial teams to refine how we position and communicate the value of Onetrace across all customer touchpoints
  • Develop clear, consistent messaging informed by user needs, product updates, and market insights
  • Define and evolve our ideal customer profiles and target personas through research, interviews, and data analysis
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches with product, sales, and growth teams
  • Create and maintain sales enablement assets like pitch decks, case studies, and objection-handling guides
  • Own content strategy across our website and other touchpoints, ensuring alignment with messaging and growth goals
  • Lead and scale our organic growth efforts through a holistic SEO strategy - from keyword research to content optimisation and technical enhancements
  • Support customer success with content and initiatives that drive onboarding, product adoption, and retention
