Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for building, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships and alliances to drive profitable growth and support CHASSasia’s business objectives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy and joint business plan with assigned partners, including clear business objectives, competency development, innovation targets, and revenue goals.
  • Lead partner relationship management with key technology vendor, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term collaboration.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution of partner plans across Sales, Presales, Service Delivery and CHASSasia Practices to meet key performance indicators.
  • Drive joint lead generation initiatives with partners through co-selling, demand generation campaigns, workshops, and digital outreach to build a qualified pipeline.
  • Plan and run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) involving senior management and partner leadership to review performance, pipeline health, and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee certification and enablement programs across the organization for key technology stacks, ensuring compliance with partner program requirements.
  • Organize joint go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, partner webinars, solution showcases, and co-branded events to boost market visibility.
  • Track partner program tiers, rebates, market development funds (MDF), and optimize utilization of partner incentives to enhance ROI.
  • Identify and onboard new strategic alliances that complement CHASSasia’s solution portfolio and value proposition.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to continuously refine partnership models, offerings, and engagement strategies.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for key partner issues and ensure timely resolution through effective internal coordination.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in partner management, sales, or business development.
  • Strong track record in leading partner programs and cross-team execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and program management skills.
  • Solid understanding of Cloud, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Hands-on experience working with global technology vendors and navigating partner programs is highly preferred.
  • Business-savvy with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Basic knowledge of legal and contractual terms in partnerships.
