Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will focus on supporting the launch and driving the success of our products through dynamic, strategic product marketing initiatives.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a sharp understanding of our prospects, customers, market trends, and competitors. With these insights, you’ll craft compelling messaging, create impactful product collateral, and develop go-to-market strategies that boost product adoption and drive revenue growth. Working collaboratively, with product, sales, and customer success, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products excel in the market.
This role serves as as a centre of excellence for all things related to our product value proposition. You’ll support product launches, lead enablement initiatives, and act as a go-to resource for cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Assist in developing product positioning, and messaging tailored to specific customer segments.
  • Drive the planning and execution of product launches, including creating go-to-market plans and cross-functional deliverables.
  • Create and maintain detailed product training materials and how-to documentation, ensuring information is accessible and easy to understand for both internal teams and customers
  • Produce high-quality content for brochures, guides, and other marketing materials, communicating product features and benefits clearly and compellingly.
  • Work alongside the Revenue Enablement Manager to design and deliver product training programs that empower sales and customer success teams with the knowledge they need.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers to understand the roadmap and translate product features into customer-centric benefits.
  • Partner with acquisition and client marketing teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and product marketing objectives.
  • Develop customer facing collateral, including battlecards, pitch decks, playbooks, and ROI tools, to support the revenue teams
  • Maintain and update competitive intelligence, ensuring sales teams are equipped to position our products effectively.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, including metrics such as adoption rates, revenue enablement usage, and campaign ROI.Participate and promote feedback loops between our clients, revenue and product teams and act as a centre of excellence for product knowledge.
