We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead our product positioning, go-to-market, and sales enablement efforts. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales-helping Radix tell a compelling story in the market, empowering our sales team, and ensuring our brand and products stand out.

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market strategy (preferably in SaaS or B2B environments).
  • Proven track record of creating compelling product messaging and successful go-to-market campaigns.
  • Experience supporting and enabling high-performing sales teams.

SKILLS

  • Strong ability to translate technical details into business benefits and customer value.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills across multiple mediums.
  • Skilled in developing engaging presentations, training, and marketing collateral.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure performance, monitor KPIs, and deliver insights.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Dive deep into Radix’s products, features, and value proposition-and translate them into benefits that resonate with customers.
  • Craft compelling product narratives for campaigns, marketing channels, and sales conversations.
  • Lead product launches and drive go-to-market execution for both new and existing customers.
  • Develop external-facing content-slide decks, briefs, blogs, papers, multimedia, and more-aligned to campaigns, sales needs, and competitive threats.
  • Partner with Sales to prepare and deliver training, sales kick-off sessions, and enablement materials.
  • Create and execute outbound marketing initiatives that expand awareness and generate demand.
  • Monitor KPIs, evaluate business performance, and deliver insights from customers and prospects back into Product and Sales.
