What you’ll be doing Reporting to the Director, Global Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager is a subject‑matter expert for their product area/s. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer teams to ensure products are positioned clearly, launched effectively, and understood in the context of real customer problems. This role contributes directly to acquisition, expansion, retention, and product‑led growth. You will be responsible for: Product launches and go‑to‑market Positioning, messaging and value articulation Sales and customer enablement Customer adoption and expansion Market, customer and competitive insigh Content delivery and collaboration Who we're looking for At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don’t worry if you don’t meet all of them, we’d still like to hear from you. 1 to 4 years' experience in a Product Marketing, B2B or B2C SaaS Marketing role Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications Proven experience supporting go‑to‑market execution and cross‑functional launches Proven experience in retiring products or features Research execution and reporting skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity Experience working closely with Product and customer‑facing teams Comfortable working across multiple products or initiatives in parallel Of great benefit is experience in: Marketing in the PropTech industry Use of Marketo, AppCues, Segment, Webflow Use of AI tools for process management in marketing What your impact and success looks like We expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this: Product launches are clear, well‑timed and designed for adoption Customer‑facing teams understand the value story and can explain it confidently Messaging is consistent, practical and grounded in customer reality Customers better understand what products do and why they matter to their business Product Marketing is seen as a reliable execution partner with growing strategic influence 1 month: Basic understanding of Product eco-system and systems Completed comprehensive Product training Grasp of industry, customer segments and personas Delivery of BAU projects 3 months: GTM planning and execution tasks on new product/features Confident use of Marketo, Webflow and in-app communications Developed partnerships with key stakeholders 6 months: Operating independently as a product SME Leading strategy on product GTMs Driving performance to key team and project objectives We operate a Flexible Working Policy and we would like for you to work from our Brisbane office location, 2 days a week.
