The Product Marketing Manager – Develop will lead the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and monetization of our new post-hire product Develop, which focuses on employee onboarding and building high-performing teams and managers. This critical role requires a hands-on approach to understanding customer needs, launching
and scaling an emerging product, and defining market fit.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in launching and scaling emerging B2B tech products, with a disciplined and structured approach to defining product direction and achieving strong product-market fit. Demonstrated understanding of learning and development / HR technologies, products and buyers is an advantage.
This role is pivotal in shaping the future of Develop, working cross-functionally with Criteria’s Product, Sales and Customer Success teams and Marketing colleagues
to ensure market fit, drive adoption and demand, and accelerate revenue growth.
To be successful in this role the incumbent will demonstrate the following:
