In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the marketing strategy for the Digital Tech Ops Ecosystem by driving customer-centric communications and go-to-market campaigns. Your work will be essential in aligning product offerings with customer needs and business goals, directly influencing revenue and adoption rates. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across multiple departments, ensuring that marketing efforts are effectively supporting the organization's objectives. This remote position also allows for flexibility while you manage key projects and initiatives. You may be called to attend meetings in various locations across the UK and mainland Europe approximately 25% of the time. \n Accountabilities Lead the development of customer-centric product messaging and collateral. Coordinate and execute go-to-market campaigns for Decision Solutions products. Manage the production of multi-channel product content. Oversee internal product communications across the organization. Define and analyze metrics to evaluate product marketing success. Oversee strategic planning and budget management for the brand. Provide line management for the Marketing Executive. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for insights and opportunities. Requirements 10+ years of marketing experience, particularly in product marketing and budget management. Experience in managing or mentoring team members. Proficiency in Hubspot, Wordpress, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of the aviation maintenance or B2B technology sector. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
