Description Product Marketing Manager – Restaurant Brand We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and performance of marketing initiatives that drive guest engagement, sales growth, and brand awareness. This role will play a key part in bringing new menu items, promotions, loyalty programs, and digital offerings to market while ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across all customer touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new menu launches, limited-time offers, promotions, and brand initiatives. Partner with Operations, Culinary, Digital, and Leadership teams to ensure successful product launches and campaign execution. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight reviews to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Create marketing briefs and oversee campaign development across digital, social media, email, SMS, in-store, and third-party delivery channels. Support customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty program strategies through targeted marketing efforts. Monitor campaign performance, sales results, and customer engagement metrics, providing actionable recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies or vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain brand standards and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials and guest-facing communications. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or a related role. Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is preferred. Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills. Experience with digital marketing, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle marketing is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
