YOUR ROLE We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager who, as part of the Maison’s marketing strategy, will be responsible for the development, the launch and the performance of their collections throughout their entire lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will act as a real key player, managing new developments and optimizing the profitability of the entrusted collections, in close coordination with all departments of the Maison (Design, Development, Manufacture, Supply Chain, Communication, Sales, Finance, etc.). PLAYING YOUR PART STRATEGY DEFINITION & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT You will contribute to defining the mid- to long-term product roadmap, aligning with our Maison’s strategy You will identify development opportunities and ensure product architecture consistency and complementarity across collections, and define new products across the full marketing mix You will prepare and present for Internal and Group Committees, and also develop inspiring briefs for the Design and Manufacture teams You will co-lead the industrial development process, from design finalization to market launch You will anticipate project risks and define mitigation plans You will ensure milestones are met and provide regular reporting to management POSITIONING & LAUNCH PREPARATION You will define key selling points and product storytelling You will contribute to the development of product content ensuring technical accuracy and consistency of messaging You will partner with Sales and Allocation teams to define and steer the launch strategy You will present and promote new collections internally and externally You will develop sales support tools and ensure training of sales teams and local markets PERFORMANCE & PROFITABILITY MANAGEMENT You will define and implement action plans to drive business performance and profitability of the collections You will monitor commercial performance by product and market, including bestsellers, slow movers, and sales/stock alerts You will co-develop and regularly update sales forecasts with Sales and Supply Chain teams. You will analyze monthly performance and conduct targeted analyses You will manage the product lifecycle You will provide pricing recommendations CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE You will lead cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment across all stakeholders You will act as the Product Marketing point of contact for your product families You will ensure product databases are accurate, consistent, and regularly updated You will deliver clear, structured, and impactful reporting to management WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? Success in this role will require A Master’s degree in Marketing or similar A strong experience in product management within the luxury /watchmaking industry A strong knowledge of the watchmaking industry, the luxury sector, key players, and customer expectations Agility, organization, analytical mindset, strong communication and analytical skills, combined with rigor and reliability in a cross-functional environment A dynamic and proactive acumen, with strong team spirit and leadership abilities Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Fluency in English and French Vacheron Constantin celebrates 270 years as the world’s oldest watchmaker in continuous production since 1755.
