Description Description The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving marketing efforts for the Skilled Trades division, with a focus on supporting growth, recruiting, and revenue objectives. This role serves as the primary marketing partner for Skilled Trades, acting as the connection between sales, operations, and the corporate marketing team. You will work closely with business leaders to understand priorities, identify opportunities, and translate those needs into targeted marketing initiatives that support division growth. This position combines strategic input with hands-on involvement in campaign planning, events, and execution. The ideal candidate stays closely connected to what is happening in the field and helps ensure marketing efforts reflect real business needs. This position reports to the VP of Marketing for PROMAN Group USA and works closely with Skilled Trades leadership and field operations teams. Responsibilities Division Marketing & Campaign Execution Serve as the primary marketing partner for the Skilled Trades division Develop and lead marketing strategies and campaigns that drive lead generation, recruiting efforts, and brand awareness Identify messaging, content, and campaign opportunities based on market needs and field activity Partner with the corporate marketing team to execute campaigns and maintain consistency across channels Coordinate sponsorships for and attend various industry and networking events throughout the year (potential travel up to 20%) Sales & Operations Alignment Act as the liaison between Skilled Trades sales, operations, and the marketing team Gather input from field leaders and translate business needs into clear marketing priorities Align marketing efforts with business development goals and growth initiatives Identify opportunities to better support sales teams, recruiting efforts, and market expansion Performance & Continuous Improvement Track campaign performance and share insights and results with leadership Identify successful strategies and recommend improvements based on data and feedback Support ongoing optimization across digital and traditional marketing channels Innovation & Market Awareness Bring forward new ideas, campaigns, and creative approaches Stay current on marketing trends, labor market conditions, and Skilled Trades industry developments \ Requirements Qualifications 4-8 years of marketing experience Degree in marketing, communications or related field required Experience in skilled trades, staffing, construction, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus Proven ability to develop marketing plans and support execution from concept through delivery Experience using LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms for business marketing Experience with lead generation programs Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and working with marketing metrics Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
