As a Product Marketing Manager at SugarCRM, you will be the strategic lead for messaging, enablement, and go-to-market success—with direct ownership of our Revenue Intelligence product line.
In this highly collaborative and impactful role, you will define positioning that resonates with our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), drive sales and partner readiness, and lead product launches across internal, partner, and external channels. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring our innovations to market and ensure they’re adopted, understood, and celebrated.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
Go-to-Market (GTM) & Product Launches:
Drive internal excitement and field adoption through clear communications and impactful storytelling.
Revenue Intelligence Ownership:
Partner with Product and Data Science teams to influence roadmap and GTM priorities with market and customer insights.
Sales & Partner Product Messaging & Training:
Continuously gather feedback from sellers and partners to refine and evolve our messaging and enablement approach.
ICP & Market Insight:
