Description

ABOUT US

It’s hard to build a reliable system. It’s harder to make sure that what you’ve built is really reliable.
Synthesized is redefining software testing with agentic AI. Our platform automates test data, test cases, and test environments – empowering enterprise teams to ship faster, reduce compliance risks, and modernise QA at scale.
Our products are used by some of the world’s leading organizations, such as Deutsche Bank, UBS, the European Commission, and others.
We’re an ambitious VC-backed startup, having just gone through Series A with leading global investors including IQ Capital, Seedcamp, and Deutsche Bank. We have ambitious growth plans for 2025, and we are so keen for you to join us on the journey.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to shape how Synthesized shows up in the market - from our category narrative to product positioning to sales enablement.
This is a strategic role that sits at the intersection of product, commercial, and brand. You’ll partner closely with the CEO, Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to deeply understand our technical audience, define compelling messaging, and drive adoption of our platform across enterprise buyers.
As our first dedicated PMM, you’ll be central to our growth and category creation efforts - with scope to build and scale the function over time.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Own Synthesized’s product positioning, messaging, and value proposition

  • Develop deep insight into our users and buyers - across QA, engineering, platform, and compliance

  • Partner with Product to craft differentiated feature narratives and drive product launch strategy

  • Lead go-to-market execution across positioning, packaging, and content

  • Create and manage content across the funnel - from solution pages and demos to battlecards and briefs

  • Equip our sales team with enablement materials and competitive insights

  • Help define and evangelize the agentic QA category through thought leadership, events, and analyst engagement
