Description
Responsibilities Identifying market trends on solar technologies and solar PV systems Identifying solar product roadmap for assigned segments in Europe Regional product lifecycle management for assigned solar products: product design, launch, upgrade, end of life Equipping Sales team with latest product technical documents, certificates and promotional materials; supporting Sales team on product selection, BOS cost/LCOE calculation, customer presentations and product trainings Supporting Marketing Communication team on product promotion and marketing campaigns Collaborating with other solar PV system component/service providers (e.g., inverter, mounting structures) on solar PV system compatibility and innovation Collecting product feedbacks from key partners, internal teams and technical advisors; Conducting competitor analysis on technologies and product Working with product management team and engineering team in the headquarter, to provide inputs on global R&D roadmap, and align on EU product planning and execution Requirements Relevant experience in product marketing or product management, technical sales or engineering in the solar PV sector Basic knowledge on solar PV system design, energy yield simulation and/or LCOE calculation At least 5 years professional experience Ability to coordinate various projects simultaneously while handling tight deadlines Fluent in English and Italy or German, any additional European language is a plus Engineering diploma or bachelor degree We offer you A dynamic environment with high responsibilities and an independent working style The opportunity for professional development and growth in one of the most fast-growing industries.
