Description
Identify high-impact customer challenges and lead multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define product roadmap features based on Voice of Customer (VoC) input. Develop long-term product strategies in partnership with Marketing, Engineering, and Executive Leadership. Evaluate and validate technical strategies to ensure alignment with customer needs. Promote cross-team communication and alignment on key VoC features. Build and lead a Product Applications team; standardize application use-cases. Define and report on key performance metrics for the Applications function. Mentor and provide oversight to Applications Engineers. Education: Master's Degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field. Experience: 10+ years in semiconductor metrology and inspection, with a strong background in optical technologies. Proven leadership in customer success, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills. Experience with automated KPI tracking and continuous process improvement. Deep understanding of semiconductor metrology and inspection systems. Proficient in lifecycle management tools, templates, and checklists. Recognized as a market voice and thought leader. Ability to resolve complex technical and business challenges.
