Job Overview The Product Marketing Manager for World of Tanks will serve as the key interface between the product team and the global marketing function, ensuring that product goals, player insights, and strategic directions are effectively translated into marketing actions. This role focuses on owning the product’s marketing vision, providing clear context and direction to the marketing organization, and ensuring that marketing initiatives are aligned with product priorities, lifecycle stages, and audience needs. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in marketing strategy for video games, thrives in cross-functional collaboration, and can navigate complex organizational structures without friction—driving alignment, clarity, and measurable impact. Reports to World of Tanks Publishing Director What will you do? Act as the primary liaison between the Product team and company's Marketing centre of expertise, ensuring smooth coordination and shared understanding of product goals, messaging priorities, and upcoming milestones. Translate product objectives into clear marketing goals and deliverables, managing communication flow and ensuring alignment on strategy, timelines, and results. Partner with Marketing team to co-develop data-driven marketing and acquisition strategies that best support the product vision. Own the product marketing roadmap, defining key priorities and ensuring coherent execution across all marketing channels. Oversee and optimize the product marketing budget, aligning investments with key business outcomes such as brand awareness, engagement, and player acquisition. Analyze and present campaign and performance KPIs, turning insights into actionable recommendations for both product and marketing teams. Build a strong partnership with internal departments and functions e.g. community, legal, art, performance, advertisement and influencer outreach teams. Act as the brand steward for World of Tanks, ensuring all campaigns and communications reflect the product positioning and long-term brand goals. What are we looking for? Proven experience in product marketing or strategic marketing within the video game industry. Demonstrated ability to bridge product and marketing functions, navigating cross-functional priorities effectively. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to turn data and insights into strategic action. Experience in planning and executing acquisition and branding campaigns. Passion for PC and online games. Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English. Team-oriented mindset and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. What additional skills will help you stand out? Understanding of the free-to-play business model and player lifecycle. Hands-on experience managing marketing ROI and brand growth metrics. Comfort working in a matrix organization with shared ownership of outcomes. Work mode Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office) This role isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support.
