QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product, channel or brand marketing, ideally with a focus on product marketing with experience driving go-to-market launches
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
  • Experience working in a cross functional environment with engineering, operations, marketing and sales
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in the development launch of new products and other business initiatives a must.
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and ability to influence cross-functionally and upwards, as well as challenge the status-quo
  • Self-reliant and results oriented; Works independently with minimal direction, driven, high sense of urgency, takes initiative, gets the job done. Deadline oriented.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills essential to interact effectively with all organization levels
  • Ability to be a team player. Projects and programs require substantial cross-functional work within the Company.
  • Absorbs information quickly; classical marketing analytic skills, i.e., consumer and market research, along with volume, price and profitability trend analyses, and program-effectiveness evaluations
  • Must be an intent listener and a persuasive communicator. Written communications include recommendation briefs, marketing and capital spending requests, consumer collateral and sales training and presentation tools. Verbal communications include one-on-one and small group discussions, sales meetings, and customer presentations.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Flexibility: Ability to pivot quickly based on dynamic market changes. Ability to work with changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), Constant Contact, Canva and Adobe
  • Travel up to 25%
