KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

As the Product & Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Work with the Head of Product and Marketing Operations to develop and continuously improve all department processes and policies including managing stakeholder reviews.
  • Deputise for Head of Product & Marketing Operations to act as SME for governance and controls.
  • Support the wider Product and Marketing department with strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Manage departmental GPS & HPC control testing procedures and reporting.
  • Work as part of the wider Product & Marketing team to solve problems and increase productivity.
  • Manage departmental reporting.
  • Act as consumer duty SME to inform and educate wider department on regulatory requirements.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/DESIRABLE:

  • Proven experience in an operational or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of risk and compliance systems and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Consumer Duty and the cross cutting rules.
  • Strong business knowledge and understanding of products and services.
  • Good standard in IT literacy Working knowledge of core Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, MS Teams, Visio)
Responsibilities

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:

Ayvens is seeking a talented Product & Marketing Specialist to:

  • Be the Product & Marketing departments governance specialist, representing the team with relevant stakeholders,to support the management of governance and controls.
  • Work with the wider Product and Marketing team to manage the control and audit process for the department.
  • Manage departmental & cross functional operations including booking of meetings, liasing with participants, record keeping & action tracking.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000.
