Channel Strategy: Identify where CFOs/founders buy and prove repeatable acquisition playbooks. Growth & Pricing: Run CRO, packaging, and campaign experiments; report clear insights. Customer Insight: Translate customer research into messaging that cuts through. Execution: Work hands-on and side-by-side with founders to scale Round’s story. Requirements Seed/Series A → multi-million revenue PMM track record Proven tack record in Fintech, building successful products for founders/CFOs Hands-on operator: you write, test, ship. You don’t wait to be told what to do. Hard work ethic and an olympian mindset - resilient, relentless, fully bought into the mission, willing to work irregular hours.
