Description

Develop and execute design-in strategies to drive business growth and market leadership in AI Power, with a focus on: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing, and sales efforts that meet the needs of target applications and customers A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a business-related field with deep technical understanding and interest in latest technologies At least 6 years of professional experience in the field of product marketing, strategy consulting or business development in power semiconductor industry Know-How of semiconductors, especially power electronics Proven track record of driving business growth and market leadership in the semiconductor or electronics industry Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities in dynamic markets Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder Excellent English communication and presentation skills, German is a plus Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans Problem-solving skills to dissect & work through challenges with strategic thinking yet be detail oriented - Green Industrial Power (GIP) empowers a world of unlimited green energy - The GIP division delivers leading semiconductor solutions for the smart, green, and efficient conversion of electrical energy, covering all steps in the energy chain from generation through transmission to storage and consumption.
