Job Title Product Marketing Senior Specialist - Pricing and Monetization Business Environment Amadeus AirOps business line delivers solutions to all organizations across the airport ecosystem (airports, airlines, ground handlers, border control, etc.). Within the newly created AirOps Market Product Marketing Management (PMM) team, as the AirOps Solutions Monetization & Pricing Senior Specialist, you will work with the Monetization & Pricing Head to develop and implement monetization and pricing strategies that support revenue growth, improve profitability, and align with AirOps business goals for both existing and new solutions for airlines, airports, ground handlers, and border control organizations. You will collaborate with other Product Marketing teams, as well as Product Management, Sales, Business Performance, Finance, and other functions to ensure a consistent, data-driven, and customer-focused approach to pricing. Main Responsibilities In this role, you’ll contribute to: Developing and implementing monetization and pricing strategies for AirOps new solutions and commercial packages, analyzing the pricing landscape, assessing costs and profitability, collaborating with other business lines’ pricing teams, and providing input on value-based pricing models and metrics. Defining AirOps price levels and harmonizing standard product pricing, collaborating with Product Managers (PM) and Product Marketing Managers (PMM), supporting commercial teams with customer agreements, and contributing to internal training and development on monetization and pricing models. Monitoring pricing performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and suggesting adjustments; contributing to customer surveys, pilot initiatives, and the rollout of new pricing approaches. Adapting pricing processes in line with Customer Lifecycle (CLC) and Product Lifecycle (PLC) transformation, and supporting governance and harmonization by working closely with Product Managers, deal management, sales, and regional teams. Developing and revising AirOps Commercial Policies and Guidelines, contributing to updates in collaboration with deal management and sales, and assisting in improvements and standardization initiatives. About the Ideal Candidate At least 6 years of experience in pricing and monetization strategy, business development, commercial agreements, or product marketing, ideally in the travel or information technology (IT) industry. Experience developing and implementing pricing or commercial strategies for complex solutions in various regions and segments. Knowledge of pricing strategy and theory. Effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with different stakeholders, both internally and externally. Good problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving outcomes, using data and insights to inform decisions and actions. Proficient English verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of airline or airport business and familiarity with the Amadeus internal network is valued.
