We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Specialist to join our Ireland team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the marketing efforts for our software products, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our target market and stand out in the industry.
This is a hybrid position, 3 days per week in our Citywest office, and 2 days per week working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our software products.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to define positioning and messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, white papers, and online content.
• Plan and manage product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Attending events and representing the company on stage/webinars/conferences.
• Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve key metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in software sales and marketing or related role
• Strong understanding of product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and market research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills – you will be responsible for delivering video demos and trainings on the product
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and equally working on own self accords
• Email marketing skills and cold calling sales/marketing experience
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
