About the Role We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to focus on the positioning and promotion of individual book and Bible study releases. This role requires someone who understands the unique rhythms of the Christian publishing industry and has experience crafting marketing strategies that position products effectively in the marketplace. The Product Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with editorial, design, and sales teams to create and execute launch plans that reach the right audiences, maximize impact, and steward budgets wisely. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, remains calm under pressure, and brings 3–5 years of proven experience in product or publishing marketing. You thrive in the fast-moving world of publishing, balancing creativity with analytics, and ensuring each release is positioned to reach the right audience at the right time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, publishing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, publishing, or related fields. Strong knowledge of the Christian publishing industry and book and Bible study marketing. Demonstrated ability to position books and studies effectively in competitive marketplaces. Experience planning, managing, and reporting on marketing budgets. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Alignment with the mission and values of The Daily Grace Co. Responsibilities Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for books, Bible studies, and other resource launches. Position each release effectively in the marketplace, identifying target audiences, messaging, and unique differentiators. Collaborate with editorial and design teams early in the publishing process to align product development with market positioning. Manage launch budgets and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI. Oversee launch campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social, paid media, influencer/affiliate, PR, and retail partners. Analyze campaign performance and provide reporting with actionable insights for future releases. Ensure launch messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with The Daily Grace Co. brand voice. Stay up-to-date with publishing trends, competitor positioning, and opportunities in Christian publishing. Work with the sales and wholesale teams to support retail placement and church adoption strategies. Other duties as assigned.
