Job Description Positioning & Messaging Translate product features into clear, compelling value propositions for healthcare audiences. Adapt messaging to different buyer personas and stages of the funnel. Product Launch & GTM Support Support product launches, feature releases, and cross-product initiatives. Align product messaging to broader GTM strategy. Sales & Customer Enablement Equip Sales, BDRs, and Customer Success with messaging, talking points, competitive insights, and enablement assets. Create one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, email sequences, and web copy. Insights & Performance Gather customer insights and usage trends to inform messaging decisions. Partner with Demand Gen to ensure messaging consistency and evaluate campaign performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration Consolidate inputs across teams into unified, user-focused content. Maintain consistency in product positioning and brand voice. Qualifications Experience 1–3 years in a marketing role; product marketing experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. Experience with Google Suite, ClickUp, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus. Skills & Traits Strong organizational and project management skills. Clear communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Comfortable asking questions, applying feedback, and iterating quickly. Curious, adaptable, and collaborative working style. Interest in AI-assisted tools and enablement technologies.
