Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Nakisa is looking for a product marketer well-versed in B2B enterprise tech to support go-to-market strategy and execution for our Real Estate, Finance, and Workforce Planning product portfolios. This role will cover a wide scope of product marketing initiatives including competitor marketing analysis, messaging and positioning, sales enablement, product launch planning, go-to-market strategy, events planning and support, and thought leadership development. Your goal is to communicate the company’s unique value to the market.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can hit the ground running to help shape, launch, and market our solutions as we continue to empower Fortune 1000 companies. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies to position Nakisa uniquely in the real estate, accounting, and workforce planning spaces, driving sales and marketing success.
  • Become the product expert within the Marketing team—you’ll deeply understand our solutions, their value to clients, and how to position them effectively in the market.
  • Own core messaging and positioning for Nakisa’s product suites, collaborating closely with Solution Engineering and Product teams.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to develop and execute impactful launch plans for key features, maximizing visibility for strategic product investments.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on customer personas, buying considerations, competitive landscape, market trends, and product differentiators.
  • Create and deliver thought leadership content by working with industry experts to produce videos, presentations, product documents, blogs, and more.
  • Manage content creation projects by coordinating with designers, web developers, and other stakeholders to drive pipeline growth and ensure timely delivery of product pages, guides, and marketing assets.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional projects across internal and external teams, ensuring alignment and driving key outcomes.
  • Analyze content performance, track engagement, and report insights to the executive team, continuously optimizing based on data-driven learnings.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance marketing impact, helping expand our reach and deliver greater value to clients.
  • Leverage leading marketing tools, including HubSpot, SEMrush, and more, to optimize campaigns and content strategy.
