Job Overview: SHR is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. You will craft compelling messaging and content for our strategic products and launch new solutions. Working in conjunction with the Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams, you will develop innovative marketing collateral and sales tools for product positioning, competitive intelligence assets, sales enablement, and product GTM while supporting best in class value proposition creation. THE KIND OF SKILLS/EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
  • Open to new ideas and continual improvement, but also comfortable negotiating the best way forward within a culture still learning how best to use product marketing to its best advantage.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-4 years of work experience in product marketing is required.
  • Understanding of goal and KPI attainment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and analytics.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM software).
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience drafting and responding to RFPs.
    Salary range: $75k-$85k

Responsibilities
  • Sales Enablement: Assist with developing and delivering the value proposition of the products to the marketing and sales teams and develop collateral and sales tools that support the selling process of our strategic products.
  • Competitive Intelligence and Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify customer needs and market trends, champion the voice of the customer, and bolster our competitive intelligence.
  • Messaging and Value Proposition Development: Assist with creating go-to-market strategies and value propositions for new features, functionality and products.
  • Strategic Project Support: Support Product Marketing Manager with various strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Content Creation: Support the creation of marketing materials, including product brochures, presentations, and digital content, including videos, to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute product launch campaigns, promotional activities, and sales enablement tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
  • RFP and Proposal Writing: Help to coordinate and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) that we receive from prospective clients.
