Job Description Experience in electronic control development using MCUs (hardware and/or software), or experience working with customers or applications in the automotive industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues. Good communication skills with a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a global environment. Ability to communicate in Japanese. Qualifications Experience in electronic control development (hardware and/or software) at OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers. Hands-on experience in hardware and software development and evaluation for embedded systems. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with at least 5 years of professional experience, or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of professional experience. Business-level English communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in uncertain or changing environments. Proficiency with standard PC tools such as Microsoft Office.
