We were recently featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal. We’re looking for a hands-on, high-ownership product marketing specialist to lead integrated marketing campaigns for Crimson’s UMatch Student Recruitment Agency Division. This is a role for someone who loves building and launching campaigns from scratch — from copy to creative to calendar. You’ll plan campaigns, create assets, and collaborate with our performance and design teams to drive leads and revenue. You’ll also work closely with sales, product, and local markets to ensure our messaging and campaigns resonate globally and generate new leads. You’ll report to the Divisional Director and work closely with the Divisional Manager to align on positioning, priorities, and strategic direction. Here's what you will be doing: Plan & Execute Campaigns Understand audience segments and craft messaging that speaks to their goals and pain points Ideate and launch can’t-miss campaigns — we’re looking for fresh thinking, speed, and relentless execution Choose the right channels to reach your target audience — including search, paid social, email, partnerships, and more - guided by intelligence from our performance marketing team Collaborate with local market teams to adapt campaigns to regional context and learner profiles Align with product and sales teams on offers, timing, and messaging Brief and collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to launch and track paid campaigns Create Campaign Assets & Content Maintain a clear content calendar and version control across all campaign types Draft high-converting copy, and create structured campaign folders with assets, UTM links, and messaging docs Lead content development for webinars, ebooks, testimonials, and case studies Manage creative briefing and review with designers — ensuring speed, clarity, and brand alignment Analyze & Optimize Monitor campaign results: FTA leads, CPL, MQL-to-SQL, ROAS Identify and act on underperformance: refresh copy, test formats, re-target audiences Report key learnings and recommendations in a clear, actionable format Key Outcomes (KPIs) MQL-to-SQL conversion rates FTA leads generated, by campaign and channel ROI and cost per lead (CPL) against benchmarks Webinar Registrations → SQL Campaign velocity — on-time delivery, iteration, and reporting What you’ll bring 3+ years of end-to-end multi-channel campaign creation — including copy, creative, and channel strategy Proven ability to create high-performing campaign assets: landing pages, emails, ad copy, webinar invites, etc. Comfortable working with performance marketers, designers, and product/sales Strong copywriting instincts (with guidance & support) and ability to turn insight into action fast Experience in education and/ or B2C lead-gen funnels preferred Nice to have Background in content, paid social strategy, or webinar production Experience across multiple Asian markets Experience with Salesforce & Marketo
