We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team and lead the way in telling amazing stories in the Services and Academy disciplines. “Services” identify the post-sales side of the world, when we need to make our customers feel the love and support they deserve - we’re here for them, after all. “Academy” identifies the group of incredible people creating training and learning material to make our customers become true UR champions – a key differentiator when it comes to enabling their success

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As a Product Marketing Manager you’ll be able to create amazing messaging and storytelling elements for our Service and Academy products. You’ll work on new launches and existing products alike, supported by subject matter experts in their disciplines, helping people (inside and outside UR) truly capture the benefits of our offer. We are the creators and leaders of the collaborative robot movement. The world looks at us to pave the way for the future of work. We need someone brave enough to come help us write the next chapters of the book.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Create messaging and positioning material, enabling Marketing and Sales orgs to, respectively, generate amazing assets and effectively closing deals
  • Design product launch marketing plans and coordinate the execution of various initiatives with fellow Marketing team members
  • Collaborate with agencies and our own brand department to shape the identity of the UR Service & Academy narrative
  • Foster and support development of creative content: podcast, videos, visuals, anything you believe is needed to make our products sing
  • Define and own OKR’s that will directly impact the growth and success of our company
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure successful collaboration and alignment – and where they’re missing, build bridges
  • Utilize your knowledge and experience to tell us what it takes to make our Services and Academy disciplines to become best-in-class
